Terms of Service

By signing up for TagDrishti, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. These terms form a binding legal agreement between you and TagDrishti Technologies.

1. Definitions

  • "Service" means the TagDrishti platform including the dashboard, monitoring script, API, and all related features.
  • "Customer" / "you" means the individual or organisation that has subscribed to the Service.
  • "Monitoring Data" means tag event data collected by the TagDrishti script from your websites.
  • "End Users" means the visitors to your websites who are monitored by the Service on your behalf.

2. The Service

TagDrishti provides real-time Google Tag Manager monitoring, security detection, consent compliance tracking, and Core Web Vitals measurement. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with 30 days' notice except in cases of security emergencies or legal obligations.

We aim for 99.9% uptime on the Agency plan and 99.95% on Enterprise. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance via status.tagdrishti.com.

3. Your Account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately at security@tagdrishti.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • One subscription covers the domains and event volume specified in your plan.
  • You may not share your account or API keys with parties outside your organisation.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Monitor websites you do not own or have explicit permission to monitor.
  • Collect personal data beyond what is disclosed in your privacy policy to your End Users.
  • Circumvent plan limits by using multiple accounts for the same organisation.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without our written permission.
  • Deliberately send malformed, excessive, or malicious data to our API.

5. Billing & Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

  • Free trial: 14 days. No credit card required. Full access to your chosen plan features.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
  • Plan changes: Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
  • Event overages: If you exceed your plan's event limit, we will notify you. Continued overages may result in temporary throttling.
  • Price changes: We will give 30 days' notice of any price changes.

6. Your Data

You own all Monitoring Data collected through the Service. We process it solely to provide the Service under our Data Processing Agreement. We will not use your Monitoring Data for any other purpose including advertising, research, or sale to third parties.

On cancellation or termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless you request an export beforehand. Exports can be requested via Dashboard → Settings → Data & Privacy.

7. Intellectual Property

TagDrishti and all associated software, logos, and content are the intellectual property of TagDrishti Technologies. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our IP except the limited licence to use the Service as described.

You grant us a limited licence to process your Monitoring Data solely to provide the Service.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all tag failures will be detected. The Service is a monitoring tool and should not be your only means of verifying tag health in critical contexts.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TAGDRISHTI'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

IN NO EVENT SHALL TAGDRISHTI BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay for the Service, or if we are required to do so by law. We will provide as much notice as practicable except in cases of security risk or fraud.

You may terminate your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Account → Cancel Subscription.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. If you are an EU consumer, you retain the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
